Tim Jeffcott
Tim Jeffcott has over 26 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution with a focus on corporate and commercial matters. He has considerable experience in insolvency, technology and employment issues.

Tim has worked for large, medium and boutique firms. He was a partner at Jeffcott Muller for many years and served as a Disputes Tribunal Referee for 3 years in central Auckland.
Tim advises clients operating across a broad range of industry sectors including wholesale and retail trade, manufacturing and construction, agriculture, horticulture and viticulture, utilities, transportation and storage, accommodation and food service, information and communication technology, financial and insurance, real estate, professional, scientific and technical, administrative and support services including employment, education, health and social services, arts, entertainment and recreation.

Tim is an Associate of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand and has a strong interest and broad experience in alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and mediation.
